Your wedding experience remains active for six months after the wedding. When that Memory Period ends, we organize the approved story, wedding details, Guest Book, guest photos and videos, curated Gallery and keepsake assets into a final archive for you to download and preserve.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before You Book

Is this a wedding website builder?

No. Our Day, Kept is a done-for-you service. You provide the wedding information, inspiration and photos; we handle the design, writing and setup.

How far ahead should we book?

Three to twelve months before the wedding is ideal. Thirty days or more is standard production. Accepted weddings 14–29 days out include a rush fee.

Do guests need an app to upload photos?

No. Guests open your sharing page from a QR code, NFC stand or direct link and upload from their browser without creating an account.

Are our private interview answers shared with each other?

No. Each partner's raw answers remain private. We use both perspectives to create the combined story. Raw interview responses are deleted after the approved-story retention period.

Do you manage RSVPs?

At launch, we can beautifully link your site to the RSVP system you already use. We do not manage your guest list or RSVP responses.

How long does the wedding website stay active?

Your service includes a six-month post-wedding Memory Period. Extended hosting is available if you want more time before archival.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. Your personalized ourdaykept.com address is included. Custom-domain setup is available for $75 plus the actual domain-registration cost, and the domain remains yours.

What happens to our photos after the service ends?

We prepare a final organized archive with a 60-day download window, followed by a defined disaster-recovery retention period before large client media is permanently deleted from our systems.
