A mobile-first wedding website designed from one of our Design Collections or through Design It For Us, where your invitation, save-the-date, Pinterest inspiration, flowers, attire, venue, or other visual references guide the direction.
You should not have to sound like a copywriter. Give us the information in your own words. We turn it into clear, polished guest-facing content while preserving your meaning and personality.
Each partner completes a guided private interview separately. The raw answers stay private from the other partner, and we use both perspectives to create one combined story for the couple to review and approve.
Schedule, venue details, Wedding Party, dress guidance, parking, travel, accommodations, registry links, FAQs and other useful information are organized around what your wedding actually needs.
Guests can scan a QR code or open your sharing link and contribute photos and videos from their phones. No guest account and no app download are required.
Guests can leave meaningful messages from the same wedding experience. Messages are private by default and appear publicly only when the couple chooses to approve them.
Guest submissions do not automatically become public. Keep a memory private, approve it for the gallery, or remove it. The couple stays in control of what other guests can see.
We provide personalized QR assets that can be used on signs, cards, programs and other wedding-day materials to guide guests directly to the experience.
The website does not disappear the morning after the wedding. Your standard service includes six months after the wedding for memories to be reviewed, enjoyed and organized.
When the Memory Period is complete, we prepare an organized final archive containing the approved story, guest memories, Guest Book, wedding details, keepsake assets and other eligible project materials.
Each wedding includes 25 GB of storage for the guest-memory experience. Additional storage can be added when a wedding needs more.
After the private preview, the Primary Contact submits one consolidated creative revision round. Factual corrections and routine detail updates are handled separately under the project timeline.

Many wedding websites include an “Our Story” box and leave the hardest part to the couple: deciding what matters, remembering the details, combining two perspectives, and somehow making it sound natural.
Our approach begins with two private guided interviews. We ask enough to understand how the relationship started, what made it meaningful, the moments that shaped it, and why you are choosing each other now.
Then we create a single polished story for you to review together. Nothing is automatically published. You approve the final version.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE USING IT
A beautiful wedding website is only useful if guests can actually use it. We keep the public experience straightforward while keeping the private controls with the couple.
Guests can access the wedding information and contribute memories without creating another username or password.
Photo and video sharing works through the browser, so a guest can scan, upload and return to the celebration.
Guest uploads and Guest Book messages wait for couple moderation instead of appearing publicly the moment they are submitted.
Wedding sites are unlisted and noindex by default, with an optional guest passcode when a couple wants another layer of privacy.
THE PRACTICAL PART, BEAUTIFULLY ORGANIZED
Every wedding is different, so the information structure flexes around the day instead of forcing every couple into the same checklist.
At launch, Our Day, Kept can incorporate a link to an RSVP system you already use, or your wedding can simply omit online RSVP. We are intentionally not promising a native RSVP system until it can be fully self-service and reliable for couples.
HYBRID-CUSTOM DESIGN
Couples can choose one of six Design Collections or choose Design It For Us. You do not need to know the exact font, hex code, spacing system or page layout. That is the part we are here to handle.
One visual reference is enough to begin: an invitation, save-the-date, flower arrangement, venue image, attire, Pinterest image or another piece of wedding inspiration.
We use inspiration to understand the feeling of your day—not to copy another couple's design.
A CLEAR PRODUCTION PROCESS
We keep the process structured so you always know what happens next.
Tell us about the wedding. During the Founding Phase, each request is personally reviewed.
Accept the service agreement and pay the 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due after final website approval, before launch.
Choose a design direction, provide one style reference, essential wedding details, at least eight usable photos, and complete both private story interviews.
Once onboarding is complete, your first private preview is targeted within 10 business days.
The Primary Contact gathers the couple's feedback and submits one consolidated creative revision within the review window.
After final approval and the remaining balance, we complete final quality control and launch the approved wedding site.
Your guests use the site, QR assets, photo/video sharing and Guest Book while the couple retains private moderation controls.
The six-month Memory Period leads into archive preparation, download, and the defined project closeout process.

FINAL ORGANIZED ARCHIVE
The website has a life cycle.AFTER THE WEDDING
Your wedding website is useful before and during the celebration. Afterward, its purpose changes. The standard experience includes a six-month Memory Period so you have time to review guest uploads, approve gallery memories, save Guest Book messages and enjoy what was collected.
Then we prepare the final archive and provide a defined download window. After the project's disaster-recovery retention period ends, large client media is permanently removed from our systems rather than quietly stored forever.
ONE COMPLETE SERVICE
We do not divide the meaningful parts of the experience into “basic,” “premium,” and “luxury” tiers. The core service is meant to be complete.
Optional add-ons include rush production when available, additional revision rounds, extended hosting, extra storage, custom-domain setup, printed QR cards, QR/NFC stand rentals, QR keepsake fans and the future post-wedding Heirloom Book.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BOOK
A builder gives you software and templates so you can create the website yourself. Our Day, Kept is a done-for-you service: we handle the design and build, polish the public-facing copy, guide the story process, prepare the memory-sharing tools, and manage the production workflow through launch.
Thirty days or more is the standard minimum, and three to twelve months ahead is ideal. Projects requested 14–29 days before the wedding may be accepted as Rush Production for an additional fee when capacity allows. Under 14 days is normally declined outside carefully selected founding projects.
The first private preview is targeted within 10 business days after Complete Onboarding. The production clock does not begin until the required style reference, essential details, usable photos and both private interviews have been completed.
You control the overall direction and final approval. You can choose a Design Collection, choose Design It For Us, share inspiration and tell us what you definitely do not want. Our Day, Kept retains the detailed creative decisions—typography, exact colors, spacing and layout—so the result remains professionally cohesive.
Yes. One consolidated creative revision round is included after the first preview. Factual corrections do not consume the creative revision. Routine factual updates can be requested until the standard seven-day pre-wedding cutoff.
Yes. Wedding sites are unlisted and marked noindex by default so they are not intended to appear in search results. Couples may also add a guest-facing passcode. Private client portal information and raw interview responses are separate from the public wedding site.
The launch version can link beautifully to an existing online RSVP system, or the couple can choose not to use online RSVP. Native Our Day, Kept RSVP is intentionally deferred until it can be offered without creating manual guest-list work for the couple or our team.
The core service includes a six-month post-wedding Memory Period. Additional six- or twelve-month hosting extensions can be purchased when a couple wants more time before archive closeout.
Yes. Custom Domain Setup is an optional add-on. The couple owns the domain and its ongoing renewal costs. Otherwise, the personalized wedding address lives under ourdaykept.com.
We prepare an organized final archive and provide a 60-day download window. A defined 90-day disaster-recovery retention period follows before large client media is permanently deleted from our systems.
